Instructions for Using the Formatta Filler Please follow the instructions below if Formatta Filler is not already installed on your computer. It is recommended that you print these instructions for reference while installing the software.
Note: Formatta will not work with Macintosh computers.
1. Click on the link below to get the Formatta Filler 6.0 file. PLEASE NOTE: This is a large file and may take several minutes to download depending upon the speed of your internet access. 2. A window will open asking what you want to do with the file, Open It or Save It. Save the file (install.exe), noting the folder where it is being saved on your hard drive. 3. Close any other applications you may have running. 4. Click on the START button. Scroll to RUN and then BROWSE to the place where you saved install.exe. Choose install.exe and click OK. 5. Click YES to proceed with the installation. 6. Click NEXT at the Welcome window. 7. Click YES at the Software License Agreement window. 8. Click NEXT at the User Information window. 9. Click NEXT at the Destination window. 10. Click NEXT at the Program Folder window. 11. Click NEXT at the Start Copying window. 12. The installation will take a few minutes. 13. When the installation is complete, a Setup Complete window will appear. Click FINISH. To open Formatta Filler-based forms, save them to your hard drive - again, note the location where the file is saved. Start Formatta Filler as you would any other program. Once Formatta Filler opens, click FILE and then OPEN. Browse to and select the form. When you have finished filling in the form, click either SAVE (which will overwrite the original file) or SAVE AS (give the file a new name and save the original as a blank form.) You may save partially filled-in forms and come back to them later.
